ReplyDeleteThese pieces are very interesting because all of them bring in sub continental art which is very unique. These creative collective peieces all have a twist of Southern Asian art and design from all over the world. These pieces definitely show the modernism of South Asian Art and Design versus the historical art of South Asia. IT shows the vibrancy, color, and uniqueness of Asia.
ReplyDeletethis site is different then the art we looked at in teh lecture. i could relate it to more modern art. its mix media. from going to this site it gave me ideas to paint and do my own art. some of the art looked photoshoped.
