Sathyanand Mohan

Sathyanand Mohan was born in Trivandrum where he earned a BFA in painting from the Government College of Fine Arts. He went on to get an MFA in Print Making from M.S.University, Baroda. Mohan invokes private metaphors in this series , dotting the canvas with inside jokes and symbols . He also immortalizes his friends painting them amidst a web of experiences known only to the artist and his muse. The landscapes are surreal , a rising trend seen in other emerging artists from Kerala. Images from here.
